ReQuest – Website Redesign – 2010

By 2010, many of ReQuest’s┬ácompetitors had closed up shop or scaled back considerably making us one of the top names in the industry by default.

We were continuing on the path of making our boxes feature-rich but less expensive to produce. We also wanted to drive home the ease of installation and configuration because we are dealer direct and really the dealer just wants to know that the margins are there and they won’t have to nurse a flawed product along to keep a customer happy.

So we went even further into the friendly and colorful territory from 2010 onward. We also launched a new support section complete with a sprawling searchable knowledge base and live support chat.
